Summary: Staff very helpful and good. Pool ok food very low standard.. no wonder nobody comes to the buffet The bathrooms are very tired. It doesn't help that faucet is barely over the edge of bath. All the door edges are showing signs of damp. I wouldn't use this hotel again

Summary: Nothing to say about the personal and people working there they're the best I think it's the best thing this hotel has. The room was an abomination the beds uncomfortable the chairs are dirty and when you try to sleep you can hear everyone else in their rooms if people pass by your room you can hear the loud footsteps as it echoes on the hall.

Summary: Great value and a good location if you’re wanting a little more space outside the confines of Mérida. Situated at a shopping area, you can walk to the big supermarket, and restaurants. Hotel a tiny bit dated (old shower tub in the bathroom) and the balcony would have been nice to have chairs, but the pool was unexpectedly quite nice, especially in the heat of the afternoon.
